CheckPoint is one of the most successful companies in Israel. Started in the mid 1990s, it was one of the first companies in the world to sell a commercial "Firewall" product (their product was simply called "Firewall-1"). In few short years their sales grew exponentially and they became one of the most dominant firewall vendors worldwide.
